The “Product Information” cards included in each issue of Concrete Decor Magazine are used to request information from advertisers. The printed cards can be filled out and mailed in.
We now offer this digital version called PIRC: Product Information Request Center.

To request the information you wish to receive, please follow these steps.

1. Select an issue. The latest issue is selected for you.
2. Fill in the form with your name, company name, address, city, state, email, phone and fax.
3. Select from one of the three options regarding your information. You may update your magazine subscription address, note that the current address is correct, or note that you are not currently a subscriber.
4. You must select at least one option from either the Advertiser or Category groupings.
5. Advertiser: Select the box containing the name of the advertisers you wish to receive information from. The numbers next to the advertisers’ names correspond to the Reader Service Numbers in the physical copy of the magazine.
6. Complete your information request by selecting your professional title from the Titles category.
7. Click the blue “Submit” button.
